做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
