做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
