做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
