做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
