做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
