做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
