做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
