做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
