做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
