做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
