做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
