做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
