做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
