做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
