做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
