做法(fǎ ):洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
