做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
