做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
