做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
