做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
