做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
