做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即(jí )可品尝。 -
