做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
