做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
