做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
