做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
