做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
