做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
