做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
