做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
