做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
