做法(fǎ ):洗(xǐ )净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料(liào ),武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
