做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
