做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待(dài )油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
