做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
