做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
