做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
