做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
