做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
