做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
