做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
