做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
