做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
