做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
