做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
