做(zuò )法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
