做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
