做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
