做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
