做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
